An entrepreneur is considered to be in difficulty under at least one of the following conditions: |
If it is a limited liability company that has lost more than half of its subscribed share or equity capital due to accumulated losses. |
If insolvency proceedings covering all liabilities have been initiated against the entrepreneur at the request of creditors, or the entrepreneur meets the criteria for insolvency proceedings under national law. |
If the entrepreneur's calculated financial leverage has been greater than 7.5 in the last two years and the EBITDA ratio to interest coverage is below 1.0. |
If all partners in a partnership applicant do not meet state aid requirements. |
If the entrepreneurs participating in the project do not meet the requirements of the state aid regulation and do not produce products under the quality scheme. |
The recipient of the support must submit a final report on the results and costs of the project no later than 30 days after the end of the project. |
The report must include all cost documents and an overview of activities. |
Applications can be submitted in e-PRIA using an ID card, mobile-ID, or Smart-ID. |
If the applicant submits an application to PRIA that is not compliant or does not contain all the necessary documents, there is an opportunity to correct the deficiencies during the application acceptance period by submitting an amendment application in e-PRIA. |
The application is submitted to PRIA in accordance with the requirements set out in the regulation. |
The applicant must be a PRIA client; if necessary, prior registration as a PRIA client is required. |
