Quality Label Humanitarian Aid - Full Procedure

Relevance of the organisation's motives and objectives for participation in the European Solidarity Corps.

Quality of measures ensuring compliance with programme quality standards, including safety, mentoring, and environmental sustainability.

Organisational capacity to manage European Solidarity Corps activities and ensure sustainability of planned activities.

Groups of young people are not eligible.

Organisations that do not comply with the European Solidarity Corps Regulation or quality standards.

Organisations must notify the awarding body of any changes in their organisation that should be reflected in their Quality Label.

The Quality Label will be periodically reassessed, and monitoring visits may be conducted to verify compliance.

Applications can be submitted on a continuous basis during the programming period.

Applications must include a declaration of honour signed by the legal representative.

Demonstration of capacity to perform tasks and responsibilities relevant to the role being applied for (support or host).

Compliance with the European Solidarity Corps quality standards and principles.
