Mapping and service finder for Technology Infrastructures (CSA)

The grant supports the creation of an interactive, open-source online portal to map and provide access to technology infrastructures across Europe. The platform aims to improve visibility and understanding of technology infrastructure facilities and services, support industrial innovation and product development (especially for SMEs, startups, and scaleups), and foster cooperation and knowledge sharing among technology infrastructure operators and users. The developed portal should contribute to long-term European competitiveness, facilitate transnational and multisite collaboration, and help identify new technology infrastructure needs. Proposals should also plan for communication, dissemination, long-term sustainability, and promote the uptake and use of the portal.

Grant application conditions

Admissibility Conditions	Proposal page limits and layout as described in Annex A and Annex E of the Horizon Europe Work Programme General Annexes. Use the required templates in the Submission System.
Eligible Countries	See Annex B of the Work Programme General Annexes. EU Member States and associated countries are generally eligible.
Other Eligible Conditions	Additional requirements as described in Annex B of the Work Programme General Annexes.
Financial and Operational Capacity	Applicants must demonstrate sufficient operational and financial capacity as defined in Annex C of the Work Programme General Annexes.
Evaluation and Award Process	Award criteria, scoring and thresholds are described in Annex D of the Work Programme General Annexes. Submission and evaluation process details are in Annex F.
Legal and Financial Set-up	The granting authority may object to the transfer or exclusive licensing of project results for up to 4 years after action end. Eligible costs take the form of a lump sum, defined by the Horizon Europe lump sum decision.
Specific Topic Conditions	See specific conditions in the related Work Programme topic. Projects must support the creation and maintenance of the platform for at least 5 years and promote communication and networking.
