Grant application conditions

Admissibility Conditions	Proposal page limit is 70 pages as described in section 5 of the call document.
Eligibility Conditions	Eligible legal entities must be established in an EU Member State, Norway, or Iceland. Executive management structures must be based in the eligible countries. Activities must be carried out in one or more eligible countries. Entities must not be controlled by third countries or entities outside the eligible countries.
Ownership and Control Declaration	Participants must submit a declaration of ownership and control as part of the application form.
Financial and Operational Capacity	Participants must demonstrate sufficient financial and operational capacity as described in section 7 of the call document.
Consortium Composition	Eligibility conditions follow Horizon Europe RIA rules.
