Eligible costs are determined according to the Model Grant Agreement, including personnel, equipment, consumables, subcontracts, and other agreed eligible direct and indirect costs related to the execution of the innovation action.

Execution capacity and operational competence, including balanced consortium composition.

Quality and effectiveness of the proposed deployment plan leading to economic value.

Proposals may be excluded if they do not meet the requirements described in the legal and financial setup of the grants, or if the applicant does not possess the financial and operational capacity as required by the EU Financial Regulation.

Reporting requirements follow the Models and guidance in the Annotated Model Grant Agreement (AGA), including regular project and financial reports.

Two-stage submission process: initial proposal and, if invited, full application.

Submission through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal.

Completion of the Application Form (Parts A and B).

Consortium composition and ownership declaration.

National funding table template if applicable.

Statements regarding financial and operational capacity.
