Generally, criteria include: Excellence (relevance, clarity of objectives, soundness of concept); Impact (expected outcomes, exploitation, dissemination, communication); and Implementation (quality of work plan, consortium, resources).

Business exclusions are not explicitly detailed, but applicants must comply with exclusion criteria defined in EU grant regulations regarding conflict of interest, financial integrity, and non-compliance with EU rules.

Grant recipients will be required to submit deliverables including challenge design documentation, rulebooks, implementation roadmaps, sustainability plans, and reports on competition implementation and results.
