Grant application conditions

Eligible Countries	EU Member States, countries with Copernicus Cooperation Arrangements (US, AU, UA, CL, CO, RS, IN, BR, ZA), and other eligible non-EU countries.
Participation Requirements	At least one partner from a country with a Copernicus Cooperation Arrangement is required for Copernicus-based applications. Participation of SMEs is encouraged. Involvement of public authorities and post-graduate researchers is encouraged.
Use of Data	Proposals are encouraged to use Copernicus Data and Information Access Services (DIAS). Integration of third-party data and in-situ data is encouraged.
